Frost Bank CC-503 started receiving the CC-503 this morning. Tried resetting and changed password. Still getting CC-503 error. I can use Web Connect for a successful download, but get error when I use EWC+ Using Windows 11 Premier, latest version.
Same with me since yesterday, 06/10/26. Chatting with Frost Bank online has been fruitless but I had low expectations to start with. I'm sure "Samuel" is drained after last night's loss by their hometown Spurs.
I just called Frost bank helpdesk and reported the CC-503 problem when using EWC+. She sent their IT department an alert about our problem. Hopefully a fix will occur.
Me too — while I was on hold "Brandon" connected with Frost IT who acknowledged that "it is a known issue". Brandon could not provide me with a ticket/service number even though we all know that such "issues" are defects and tracked by IT support. While on hold and listening to audio commercials about Frost Bank, I couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of Frost's "hand shake" approach to business — when it is probably a failed handshake between Quicken and Frost Bank that is causing the issue. Linda Albornoz is the CIO so hopefully I won't have to become a "Karen" (Kevin) to get the attention of someone in Frost IT with knowledge of this.
I was taking screenshots and noticed a new message I had not seen before. Hopefully this means someone is working on the problem.
