OSU summary showing errors but there are none
Hi @Greg Brown, Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for providing the screenshots. They are very helpful.
After checking my internal tools, I was unable to find any error. To help us better understand what may be happening, I have a few questions:
I look forward to your reply.
Today, initially Penfed requested reauthorization and Sam's Club Mastercard had I believe a cc-502, which resolved after a second update. After reauthorization, error message still appears. No Backup restored. I have over 70 connections, those were the last 2 updated.
Thanks for your reply, @Greg Brown, If you haven't done so already, I recommend validating your Quicken data file.
To do so:
Once the validation is complete, please review the validation log for any errors. Then, try updating the accounts again and let us know whether the message is still showing or if it has been removed.
I look forward to your reply!
File validated no errors.
Did an update on Penfed, Same issue.
Thanks for your reply @Greg Brown, After some internal research, I found that one of your accounts is showing the status MFA_REQUIRED_ACTION.
I recommend updating one financial institution at a time to identify which account requires additional action.
If one of the financial institutions prompts you for additional information or authentication, please follow the prompts and then check whether the message has been removed.
Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to your reply!
I'm puzzled … my first response would have been: "Put a checkmark at Show just the last update in OSU Summary" because otherwise you may be seeing old error messages from long ago.
Is that no longer true?
