SC Federal Credit Union Visa Card Not Downloading transactions from all cards

I just discovered that the download for SC Federal Credit Union is not downloading the transactions from my credit card. It downloads the transactions from my husband's card, but not mine.

Also, there is no way to manually download the transactions from this institution since they only offer OFX transfer, which does not work properly with the Windows Classic version. Any suggestions? I just did a reset of the account and that did not make any difference.

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.

After checking my internal tools, I found that the accounts are currently showing an "OK" status.

I recommend following the steps in our support article on missing transactions. Also, please check whether any filters are applied to the account register and confirm that the register is sorted by date:

Click the top of the Date column in the account register to sort by date.
Click the Reset button at the top of the register to ensure that no filters are currently applied.

If the issue persists, I recommend refreshing your login session. To do so, go to Help > Refresh Sign In. Once you have completed the sign-in process, run a One Step Update again and check if the missing transactions appear.

If the issue continues, please let us know the answers to the following questions:

Are the missing transactions more than 90 days old?
Are the transactions still marked as Pending on your financial institution's website?
Have any transactions been deleted recently?
Were the transactions moved from one account register to another? You can check by selecting All Transactions in the Account Bar and searching for the missing transactions. If you find them in the wrong account, select the transaction(s), right-click, and choose Move Transaction(s). Then select the correct account and click OK.
Was an older backup restored after the transactions had already been downloaded and accepted into Quicken?
