Cannot add ETrade Savings Account

I have been trying for several days to add an E-Trade Savings Account to Quicken. I have authorized 3rd party access on the E-Trade site, and do not have MTF activated. I continually get the following error message.

I have reported the problem to Quicken, but does anybody have a work around, or experience this issue?

The CC-501 error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your financial institution to retrieve recent transaction information. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article for the CC-501 error.

First, I suggest waiting 24 hours and then attempting to add the account again. If the issue persists after 24 hours, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.

This type of error may require our support agents to review logs in order to identify the issue and fix the problem.
