I have three new Prudential annuities. I can log in to their web site directly, which is myaccounts.prudential.com. No issue with my user name and password.
I then tried to go through the wizard to set up online access. There are five different prudential options, but none match the web site I usually use. So I just chose the first one that says prudential.com. It comes back with an error "CC-503 Oops. Did you mistype your login?" Nope, I did not. I then tried the other four Prudential options and they all do the same thing.
What else could be causing this issue? Is there a way I can force Quicken to go to the web site above?
FYI, I'm on Windows 11 Home, version R67.10, Build 27.1.67.10,
