Quicken has a ticket up on certain error codes related to an update done by NCSECU but here's what I get when I cannot connect:
Hi @fsulli6, Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for letting us know you're experiencing this issue. You are correct—the error you're seeing is different from the known issue affecting State Employees Credit Union.
This error can occur when there have been too many unsuccessful attempts to add an account to Quicken. If you haven't already, I suggest following the steps in our support article regarding the CC-929 error.
If the issue persists after more than one hour, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
This error may require our support agents to review your logs in order to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
I hope this helps!
I was trying to switch back to the old method of connection as a way to resolve the current issue with NCSECU last update and I suspect that triggered the error. At this point, I am going to wait until the primary issue is resolved.
Thanks for your reply @fsulli6, That would explain the CC-929 error. I recommend monitoring the Community Alert for new updates or troubleshooting steps as they become available.
