I too have been having trouble for weeks with Citi Cards and my accounts needing to reauthorize. Sometimes the transactions download anyway and other times, I have to reauthorize. Today has been the worst with back-to-back reauthorizations and still not downloading transactions.
Hi @Mike Lawrence,
Thank you for reaching out. I’ve reviewed your account, and the error you’re seeing on your Citi Card account appears to be related to the ongoing issue (4/24/25 Citi Retail Cards – FDP-350).
Some users have reported that this can be resolved by revoking third-party app access on the Citi website and then reconnecting the account in Quicken. You may try the steps below to see if this resolves the issue.
Before proceeding, please click on “1 account” in the error message window to confirm which account is affected (make sure to save a backup).
1. Deactivate the affected accounts
Then log in to your bank’s website and revoke Quicken’s third-party access.
2. Revoke Quicken’s access from Citi:
Note: All this does is revoke the token to allow downloads in the EWC+ connection in Quicken/Simplifi.
3. Reactivate and relink the accounts
Please let me know how it goes.
