QMac - Missing 2 of 16 Sofi/Vault accounts

Opened a new Sofi personal account along with joint accounts - all new vaults originally were added then last week 2 of the 16 accounts no longer sync and do not show up if i remove connection and attempt to readd .. only existing accounts are listed.

What you’re seeing is likely related to how SoFi structures “Vaults.” Vaults are not standalone bank accounts in the traditional sense, and as a result, they can sometimes be handled inconsistently by the financial data aggregation services used by Quicken.

In some cases, Vault activity may be included within the main savings account rather than appearing as separate accounts. If the missing Vaults are still visible in your SoFi online banking profile, then they are still active. This behavior typically reflects a display or aggregation limitation rather than an issue with the accounts themselves.

If the Vaults are still active, please try reconnecting the account using the steps below:

Steps to Reconnect accounts:

Select the account to open its register.
Click the Settings gear in the lower right corner of the register.
Go to the Downloads tab.
Click the Connect Account... button.
Select the financial institution or type in the name to search for it.
Click Continue and complete the flow.
Choose LINK on the screen displayed after Quicken finds the available accounts at the financial institution for your login credentials, and carefully link to your existing Quicken account(s).
Click Continue.
