Budget Report No Longer A Budget Report

Question

I had a budget report where I would typically drill down into the detail.  It appears to be stuck in that drill down window as there is no way to back out of the drill down window (Back arrow is not highlighted to return to budget).  The interesting thing is that the report no longer has the budget selection window as outlined below or in the customization screens.  Is it possible by saving the report while in drill down I lost the budget connection?  Corruption maybe?  I don't see a way to get this back beyond recreating from a similar budget report or the budget window itself.

I’ll chalk it up to corruption.  The report was a budget report until it wasn’t.

If you're working with a saved report, it's possible that the report has become corrupted. Another possibility is that you're comparing two different report types, which can have different customization options available. Either of these scenarios could explain why you're seeing different options.

As a troubleshooting step, I recommend creating a new version of the report from scratch and then deleting the original report if it appears to be the source of the issue.
