Getting CC-506 With Fidelity Downloads

I started getting the CC-506 when downloading Fidelity account transactions about a week ago. I have tried disabling and reauthorizing the accounts but, I still get the error. I'm on the current desktop release. Anyone else getting this issue and have a resolution?

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community.

Before following any troubleshooting steps, I recommend creating a backup of your data file.

If you haven't done so already, please follow the steps from our support article regarding the CC-506 error:

Update to the latest release of Quicken

1. Choose Tools > One Step Update.
2. Deselect all items, then click Update Now.
3. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to install the latest release.
4. Once the update is complete, try updating your accounts again.

Refresh your account information

1. Open the affected account register.
2. Select the Actions gear icon at the top of the register.
3. Click Update Now.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

If the issue persists, Deactivate and reconnect all accounts with this financial institution.

To deactivate the accounts

• Open Tools > Account List.
• If applicable, select Show Hidden Accounts at the bottom of the Account List.

• For each account associated with this financial institution, click Edit and then select Deactivate (or Remove From One Step Update) on the Online Services tab.
• Once all accounts have been deactivated, close the Account List.
• Close and reopen Quicken.

To reactivate the accounts

• Click the Add Account (+) button at the top of the Account Bar.
• Proceed as though you are adding the accounts for the first time, entering your credentials and completing any security prompts.
• When Quicken displays the list of discovered accounts, carefully select Link for each account and link it to the existing account already in Quicken.

If an account has been closed

1. Go to Tools > Account List.
2. Click Edit next to the closed account.
3. Select the Online Services tab.
4. Click Deactivate to stop downloading transactions for that account.
