I am getting this error when opening my file. Please advise. How do I fix it?

Is your file located in any brand of cloud storage by any chance? (It should not be… backup to cloud storage - OneDrive, DropBox, iCloud, etc is recommended, but operating from cloud storage can result in problems - although I've not seen this one before. The above looks like a permissions issue…
