One Step Update, UBS: OL-292-B

Question

I received this error code today and am inquiring if other UBS account owners are also receiving it. I believe UBS had a notice of online maintenance that was to occur yesterday (6/20). The UBS Wealth Management website appears to be working fine.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the financial institution's online banking support team directly. Since Quicken does not have access to their servers, they are best positioned to review any service interruptions, account-specific issues, or connectivity restrictions that may be causing the error.

Same result here; UBS did notify they would be offline for maintenance one day this weekend.

Happens during update; institution shows UBS Financial Services Inc.

Connection method: Direct Connect

Could you please let me know the name of the financial institution connected to your Quicken account? For example, is it UBS Financial Services?

Additionally, are you seeing this error code when updating the account or while attempting to add/connect it?

If the account is still connected in Quicken, could you also check and confirm the connection method being used? You can find this information by following these steps:

* Open the affected account.
* Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
* Select Edit Account Details.
