Memorized Payee List Display Issue

When I go to the memorized payee list and scroll down using the mouse, I get a weird display like below. My display drivers have been updated to the latest version. Anything I can do for this? Thanks.

Thanks for reporting this; the display corruption in the Memorized Payee List when scrolling is usually related to how Quicken renders the screen.

Since you’ve already confirmed your display drivers are up to date, one of the most effective things to try is adjusting Windows DPI scaling behavior for Quicken. This often resolves “weird redraw” or corrupted scrolling visuals in list views.

Please try this:

• Close Quicken completely
• Right-click your Quicken shortcut (or the Quicken.exe file)
• Select Properties

• Go to the Compatibility tab
• Click Change high DPI settings
• Check Override high DPI scaling behavior
• In the dropdown, select System (Enhanced) (if that doesn’t help, try System)

• Click OK, then Apply
• Reopen Quicken and test the Memorized Payee List again
