"Link to Zillow" option is missing

I have 3 rental properties, each tracked in Quicken as an asset. I recently decided to track them with Zillow. One property had the Zillow link button, and it connected easy-peasy. The other two don't offer the Zillow link. Quicken Help says to go to Account settings and choose Track Assets > Real Estate. My account settings will take me to my Account List, but I don't see a Track Assets option.

I am using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows.

Could you please go to your account settings and verify the account type? This will help me better understand what’s happening.

To check this, please follow these steps:

Click the Gear icon to the right of the account
Select Edit Account Details
Under the General tab, review the Account Type

Please let me know what you find.
