Just encountered this error today and everytime I update I get the same error message. Logged into the Chase site fine. I have Quicken Classic / Windows 11. Has anyone else encountered yet?
Hi @bmc120669, Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community.
Before following any troubleshooting steps, I recommend creating a backup of your data file.
If you haven't done so already, please follow the steps from our support article regarding the CC-506 error:
Update to the latest release of Quicken
Refresh your account information
If the issue persists, Deactivate and reconnect all accounts with this financial institution. To deactivate the accounts
To reactivate the accounts
If an account has been closed
I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes.
