Chequing account not found (disappeared 5 days ago...)

Hello !

My CIBC One-step update stopped downloading transactions from my CIBC account some 5 days ago. Resetting the connection reports the account is not found. (image below)

I can confirm it does exist :-)

Any insight on what is going on ?

To better understand what may be causing the problem, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• Is the affected account a joint account?
• If so, is the account connected using the primary account holder's credentials?
• Besides the message shown in the screenshot, are you receiving any specific error code?
• Has there been any account activity within the last 30 days?
