In the last week or two, after having HealthEquity download working normally for about 4-6 weeks, Quicken is now prompting for a 2FA code that HE is supposed to send to the email on file, but the code from HE never arrives. Something is telling Quicken to pop that 2FA code entry prompt. Is there is an issue with Quicken or on the HE side where they are not responding to the request to send the code?
I did email HE support, and they indicated "Due to our recent security upgrade to passkey authentication, HealthEquity does not support connections with financial data aggregators." That is the same response I got from them about 8 - 10 weeks ago, after which everything started to work again.
Does anyone on the Quicken side know where the real issue is?
