Transactions missing from Fidelity Download

One of my Fidelity Accounts is a MySmart account I use for BillPayment. I enter future credit card payments in advance. Been doing this for years. I've noticed over the last month or so that some transactions are not coming in the download. Today my payment to my Fidelity credit card came in on the download and matched, however my payments to Citi and Chase did not. I've filed a problem report with screen shots and logs via Quicken Classic for Mac.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community!

If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the steps in our support article regarding missing transactions:

Confirm that the sort order in your account register is set to Date. If it is not, click the Date column header in the account register.
Click the Clear Filters button to the right of the account register's filter dropdowns. This will ensure that no filters are hiding transactions.

Click All Transactions above the account list. If you find the missing transaction(s) in another account, click and drag them to the correct account in the account list.
In the affected account, click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Go to the Downloads tab.
- Under Transaction Downloads, confirm that Download all available transactions is enabled.

Refresh your online account information by clicking the Update icon in the upper-left corner of Quicken. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the update.

If the issue persists, I have a few questions:

Are the missing transactions more than 90 days old?
Are these transactions still marked as "pending" on your bank's website?
Are you using Web Connect?
Have you recently deleted any transactions?

yeah, all that is set properly.

Missing transactions are < 1 day old.

The transactions are cleared on my bank's webiste - posted.

I'm downloading direct via Quicken Connect.

I have not deleted any transactions.

Since the transactions are posted on your bank's website and the troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article have already been completed, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.

I will, but posting here to see if other's are experiancing the same thing. My experiance with Quicken over the last year or two is that issues are only resolved when there is evidience of a wider problem. My call to support is likely going to put me through a journey of steps that will take a lot of time a yield little result.
