Last year when Intuit announced a "new" online billing provider/system, my entire Online Billing lineup has been performing poorly in terms of setup, retrieving bills, entering them correctly, etc. Some of the issues have been corrected, but the main bill remaining that has never worked for me since the changeover last year is Duke Energy. I removed the old bill (that used to work before the Online Biller system change), and re-added Duke Energy Carolinas (I live in central NC) and added all the required info (account number, name, address, email, phone number). It goes into a "Pending" state and then a day later comes back "Failed". I have not received an Online bill from Duke Energy into Quicken Classic for Windows since a year ago (the changeover). I give up - can someone advise or help me? I see other people in the Community are receiving bills. Thank you.
