I am unable to add my Lowes credit card. I can login to the URL that displays when I select it from the Add account list from a browser and login. When I put my credentials in quicken it gives me a CC-503. How can I get this fixed?
Hi @mldevries, Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community!
If you haven't already, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in our support article for the CC-503 error.
Verify that you can sign in on your financial institution's website:
Update your password in Quicken:
If you don't have the option to delete the password, or if your login ID/username also needs to be updated:
Once the reset is complete, try updating your accounts again.
If the issue persists, try deactivating and reactivating the affected accounts:
I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you continue to experience the issue.
Since I am unable to add the account to begin with most of the above steps don't apply since I can't get anything for online access setup. I have verified I can go directly to the URL that is listed for the online access, login and see my account so I know I have the right URL and credentials. It will not add it from Add Account or let me configure the online access from the manual account I had to create.
Thank you for your reply, @mldevries. Since you're unable to add the account through Add Account or enable online services, and you've already confirmed that you can successfully sign in to your financial institution's website using the correct credentials, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
This type of error requires a support agent to review the log files. I hope this helps!
