How Do You Remove A Quicken File In The Cloud

Question

The reset button moved to before you go into the cloud account online I pressed it and it still shows a rogue account I want to delete off of iOS that doesn't show up on the desktop app. I have logged out and back in and nothing seems to remove it. Any ideas?

Thanks, RickO! I really appreciate you taking the time to put together the screenshot with the arrows and explanations. That was very thoughtful and made it much easier to follow.

I went through those steps and deleted all of the extra accounts. Unfortunately, on iOS and iPadOS there's still one account that appears even though it doesn't exist in the desktop version.

I'm not sure how to delete it. I wish there were a simple swipe-to-delete option on iOS for stale accounts.

Do you, or anyone else, know if there's a way to remove a stale account from the iPhone or iPad app without having to reset everything?

I'm not sure, but you may be referring to Cloud Accounts. If this is the case, then in desktop Quicken Mac, click the Quicken menu top left, then Settings… On the Settings window, click the Connected Services tab, then click See All Cloud Accounts. In the next screen, you can click on any cloud account you want to delete, then click the minus sign, bottom left to remove it.
