UBS Financial Services has OL-301-A error on Windows Quicken Classic Premier. It began on 6/27/26, Last weekend it was a different error and took 3 days to resolve, but now this new error begins less than a week since the last error. This has happened in the past, but the "fix" seems variable.

The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect.

To resolve this issue

This is a general error that includes a unique message provided by the financial institution explaining the action that is required. You can see this in the screenshot you provided.

If following the steps in the message does not resolve the issue, you will need to contact the financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem.

This may require you to request to speak with an online services specialist at the financial institution who handles transaction download issues. If your financial institution states it can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary.
