I am having an issue where transactions are downloading on one account but not appearing in the register. I have tried all the suggestions that I found on google. There are no filters, etc.
Can anyone suggest a potential fix ?

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I suggest following the steps in our support article on missing transactions.
If the issue persists after completing those steps, please check whether Automatic Entry is enabled or disabled for the affected account.

If the automatic entry is off, you can review pending downloaded transactions through the Online Center:
Please let me know what you find, including whether Automatic Entry is turned on or off and whether the transactions appear in the Online Center. I'll be happy to assist further based on the results.
@tbaumber in order to help us help you, I suggest you provide a lot more detail. For example, what method are you using to download transactions? Web Connect or Express Web Connect (One Step Update)? From what financial institution?
How do you know "transactions ARE being downloaded?" Do you see the transactions somewhere?
When you download transactions, do any end up in the register in any account?
When did this start?
Have you tried creating a new Quicken file - as a test - to see whether you experience the same behaviour in the test file?
If using Web Connect, have you examined the contents of the downloaded transaction file?

I assume that they were being downloaded as the summary dialog box says they were. they were not appearing in the register however.
I followed Laura's procedure above and it works now that way.
I have no idea why this issue started.

I was trying to download from CIBC using the one step update tool. The onestep summary has said that there transactions downloaded but they did not appear in the register of the account or any other account. I automatically enter the transactions in the one step update. I followed Laura's steps to turn that off and things are working now.
I don't know when it started or why.
