On all American Express Accounts (Business, Prime Business and Personal) All transactions are downloading as Dicks Sporting Goods, and I have to sign on to American Express to get the correct payee.

Before following the steps below, I recommend creating a backup of your Quicken data file. Based on your description, it sounds like there may be a Renaming Rule set up that is automatically changing the payee names.
To confirm, I recommend deleting the Renaming Rule for that payee by following these steps in our support article:
For the transactions that have already been downloaded with the incorrect payee name, you can revert them back to the downloaded payee name by following these steps:

I implemented this, however I have not any new transactions downloaded since doing so. Obviously, once it does I will be able to find out it works. I guess my question remains, how did this happen, I know I did not purposely do it, how could have I accidentally done it? Thanks nonetheless!

Based on the description you provided, it sounds like the Automatically create rule when I correct a payee name setting is enabled.
