Downloaded transactions not finding its way to account

This morning, I downloaded processed transactions from my Chase account into my download file. I then opened it to flow into my Quicken account. But nothing happened. No transactions entered into my Chase register. This has never happened before. I did use .QFX for the file transfer.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community!

If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the steps in our support article on missing transactions.

To do so:

• Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is set to Date by clicking the Date column header.
• Click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there are no filters applied to your account register.

• Click All Transactions in the Account Bar and search for the missing transaction. If you find the transaction in the wrong account, you can move it by selecting the transaction(s), right-clicking, and choosing Move Transaction(s). Then select the correct account and click OK.

If the issue persists, I'd like to ask you a few questions to better understand what's happening:

• Does the QFX file have a file size, or is it empty?
• What date range did you select when downloading the QFX file?
• Are the missing transactions still showing as pending on your bank's website?
