Cannot download transactions from TD Bank credit card. Bank accounts are ok. Credit card accounts are disconnected and won't reconnect. Checked TD bank-linked services, and the CC is checked for sharing.

Could you let us know if you're seeing an error message when you try to connect the account? If so, please share the exact error code or message.
We are currently aware of an issue where some users experience problems adding multiple TD Bank accounts when they have more than one set of online banking credentials. Is that what you're experiencing—where you're able to connect accounts using one set of credentials, but not the other?
Any additional details about what you're seeing, including the steps you've taken and any error messages, would be very helpful.

I have one TD login for 5 accounts - the 4 bank accounts are fine, starting today the credit card won't connect. The message is below = I followed instructions and logged into TD online Manage Linked Services and the cc account is checked

It looks like your other accounts are connected through Quicken Connect rather than Direct Connect. The message you’re seeing is typically associated with Direct Connect, so I recommend checking the connection method for one of your working accounts. If those accounts are also connected through Quicken Connect, please try connecting the fifth account using the same connection type.
