Hello, I am using OSX 12.7.6 and have Quicken Deluxe 8.5.2.
Since 2/15/26, I have not been able to download transactions from my bank (Police and Fire Federal Credit Union), so I used Quicken only manually and eventually stopped using it altogether. I need to use it though and have been trying to get it to work for the last few weeks.
I called the credit union; they said they don't support Quicken specifically but do not show any log in problems and are not doing anything to block downloads. I called Nord and was told to disable the VPN and other protection features to avoid problems …. something I was reluctant to do for security reasons.
I spoke to Quicken Customer Support twice. They had me delete and add my accounts, etc., but nothig changed. Finally, the rep told me that my computer and OS were too old. However, when I reviewed the system requirements for Quicken Deluxe for Mac, I found:
"The minimum system requirements for Quicken Deluxe on Mac include macOS Monterey (12) or newer, a display resolution of 1280x800 or greater, and an Intel-based Mac or Apple M1 Macintosh. Additionally, an internet connection is required for activation and online services."
Quicken worked in 2024, 2025, and until 2/15/26. My system and software have not changed.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
