Hi, I just started receiving a download error: OFX Error: 2003
Details: The specified account number does not correspond to one of the user's accounts. Please enter a valid account number.
It has been this way for about a week. I have called T.Rowe Price and reported it.
Hi @Chris Mead, Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for letting us know the steps you've taken so far.
The OFX error indicates that the account or user information is not being recognized by the financial institution. I suggest following the troubleshooting steps in our support article for the OFX 2003 error.
To do so:
Only the financial institution can resolve this specific error because they must confirm that the account information on their servers matches the information being used in Quicken.
Quicken Support is unable to resolve this issue directly, as we do not have access to your account credentials or account records on the financial institution's servers.
Since you've already reported the issue to the financial institution, I recommend waiting for their response and resolution on their end.
I hope this helps!
Found the cause. I shifted the type of account from mutual funds to brokerage. I had to connect via T.Rowe Price Brokerage. That has crafted another problem that I will openon another thread after I research it from others/. Thanks
Hi @Chris Mead,
I'm glad to hear you were able to identify the cause and successfully connect the account through T. Rowe Price Brokerage.
Thank you for coming back and sharing what resolved the issue. Your update may help other users who run into the same situation.
If you need assistance with the new issue you mentioned, please feel free to start a new thread. We're happy to help.
