Quicken will not start after installing the last update.
I am seeing a blank/white screen (WSOD?). Quicken shows as "not responding" in the task manager with no sub-processes active.
qw.log: Shows blank lines with the date that correspond to my last attempt.
DATA_LOG.txt: Shows that it is trying to open the Quicken file that corresponds to my last attempt.
quickenPatch.txt: Shows the update was successful. contents:

I have reapplied the last update. no change.
I have started the app while holding <ctrl/shift> and selected a new file. no change.
I have disabled the antivirus. no change.
