Installinig Quicken 2017 on a new Windows 11 computer

I am currently running Q 2017 on a Windows 11 computer. Due to some hardware issues I had to purchase a new computer. When I installed this last time, I copied the ini file to the new computer then installed from the disk. But I seem to remember having to run some sort of patch file. Is my memory accurate and if so, where can I find the patch file.
