Credit Card new entries do not appear in All Transactions (Edited)

Quicken Classic Deluxe ver: R68.25

I have been a Quicken user since the product came out in 1983 so I am familiar with the transaction process

CC Entries do not appear in ALL TRANSACTIONS,

New data is entered, and it appears on the screen. Hit enter - it is included in the total count of transactions, but is only found if you click uncategorized or unclear.

This happened after a previous update as well.

How do I get the running totals and transactions to reappear, please.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community!

If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps from our support article for missing transactions.

To do so:

Open All Transactions.
Confirm that the Sort Order is set to Date by clicking the Date column header.
If available, click the Reset button at the top of the register to ensure that no filters are hiding any transactions.
