At least you have checking and savings, I get nothing but a CC-929 error no matter which account I try, which I do not see ln the list of error codes. Code says to wait an hour and try again because I have tried too many times…waited days and still get the error.

The CC-929 error is different from the issue described in the current Community Alert. This error typically occurs after too many unsuccessful attempts to add accounts to Quicken.
