Balances due on credit cards not showing

On the "Bills and Income" tab, credit card accounts (3) that download information daily do not show the balances due and due dates. They only show "Awaiting Next Bill", even though I know that the accounts have current statements and bill due dates established. The one step update summary says that "Bills downloaded successfully."

The issue causing bills to display "Awaiting Next Bill" has been escalated internally, and our Support Team is actively working toward a resolution. At this time, there is no ETA for a fix. I recommend monitoring the Community Alert for updates as they become available.
