I have problem with one step downloads for synchrony sam's mastercard.

This is flaky. One step update hasn't downloaded payment transactions for Synchrony Sams Mastercard on Fridays for months. If I open the site in a browser and run the export, I get the transactions. If the payment transactions hit on a Friday, the one-step download never retrieves them.

I do the workaround to get the actions, but it shouldn't have to. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in our support article for missing transactions:

• Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is set to Date by clicking the Date column header.
• Click the Reset button at the top of the register to ensure there are no filters applied.

• Refresh your login session by going to Help > Refresh Sign In. After signing back in, run One Step Update again.
• Click All Transactions in the Account Bar and search for the missing transaction. If you find it in the wrong account, you can move it by selecting the transaction(s), right-clicking, and choosing Move Transaction(s). Then select the correct account and click OK.

If the issue persists, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• When the payment transaction is missing on Friday, does it download during a later One Step Update, or does it never download unless you manually import it?
• Are these transactions still marked as Pending on your bank's website on Fridays? Most financial institutions do not make pending transactions available for download until they have fully cleared.
