two account access to same bank

Question

I have read some of the questions on this issue.  Those posts still does not fix the problem.  We have two access to the same bank.  Each access has some of the same (shaired) account but also has different accounts.  When setting up One Step I only link the primary person to their access.  However, with trying to link the Credit Card accounts Quicken keeps trying to link it to the other persons quicken account and does not let me change it.  Can you not have two seperate access to the same institutions with quicken?

I may have found the fix.  The Bank was linked to the wrong account number.
