Ford Rewards Visa Signature Card by Bread Rewards (Comenity Bank)

Ford has recently come out with a new credit card; I am guessing within the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2026. As a user of Quicken for Windows R68.25, I am obviously not seeing this credit card as an option to connect for direct downloads. How does this card get added for downloads?

To help confirm the current status, could you please answer the following questions?

Are you able to sign in to the card's website and view your account online?
If so, what is the URL shown on the sign-in page?
Have you tried adding the account using the Comenity Credit Card financial institution in Quicken? If so, do you receive any error code or message?

Have you checked whether the website offers Web Connect (QFX) downloads that can be imported into Quicken?

To download a QFX file from your financial institution's website

Sign in to your financial institution's website.
Select the account you want to download transactions for.
Navigate to the account's transaction page and look for a Download option (usually represented by a down arrow).
If prompted to choose a file format, look for QFX or Web Connect.

You will also have to specify the Date Range (Start Date / End Date). You may also need to select the account or accounts you wish to download. If you are updating your transactions, you'll want to have a start date on the day of or the day after your last recorded transaction in Quicken.
Once you have filled out all of your information, there should be a button to select, such as Download, Export, or Start To start downloading the transaction.
The transaction will download into the default directory/folder for your browser. This is usually the Downloads directory.

Importing a QFX file into Quicken

Back up your Quicken data file before importing the QFX file.
Go to File > File Import > Quicken Transfer Format (.QFX) File.
The Import .QFX File window will appear.
Click Browse to locate and select the QFX file you want to import.
Click Open or double-click the file to begin the import.

Yes, I am able to sign into my cards website and view my account online.

The URL is "d.comenity.net/ac/ford/public/home"

I was unable to add the account through Comenity Credit Card.

They do not offer Quicken WebConnect as a download option. They offer Excel Download and Open Financial Exchange.

Thank you for checking those details and reporting back.

After checking internally and reviewing the URL you provided, it appears that the Ford Rewards Visa Signature Card is not currently supported for online connectivity in Quicken.

Quicken cannot import Excel (.xls), QuickBooks, PDF, or OFX files. If your financial institution does not offer Web Connect (QFX) downloads, I recommend contacting them directly to request Quicken support. If the financial institution receives enough feedback from customers requesting this feature, they may decide to add support in the future.

In the meantime, you can either track the account manually or import transactions using a CSV file. I recommend following the steps in our support article on Import Transactions from a CSV File.

The CSV file must follow a strict format and include the following columns in this exact order, even if some columns are left blank:

Date* (required)
Payee* (required)
FI Payee
Amount* (required)
Debit/Credit
Category
Account* (required)
Tag
Memo
Chknum

If you decide to track the account manually instead, I recommend following the steps in our support article on setting up an offline account.
