Is there a way to redownload complete history for Fidelity account?

I'm having issues with one of my Fidelity accounts, and to clean everything, I thought I would try starting over. I was going to try deleting the account from Quicken Mac and then reconnect it to Fidelity and download the transactions. In my first attempt, it only downloaded a couple of summary-level transactions from April 2026 forward. Is there a way to reset this so the complete history of the account since 2024 downloads? Or, in choosing this option, are you limited to basically starting over and losing the history?

Transaction downloads are typically limited to the most recent 90 to 200 days, depending on the financial institution. If you need older transaction history that was not included in the initial download, you may be able to import it using a Web Connect (QFX) file, provided your financial institution supports that download format.

To import a Web Connect (QFX) file, I recommend following the steps in our support article. In general, the process is:

• Sign in to your financial institution's website and download your account activity as a Web Connect (QFX) file, selecting a custom date range if that option is available.

• Once the QFX file has been downloaded, open it.
• If prompted, choose Account already exists and select the appropriate Quicken account from the drop-down menu. If the account has not yet been added to Quicken, select Create a new Quicken account instead.
• Click Continue to import the transactions. Depending on the amount of data being imported, you may see a progress bar while the import is completed.
