My computer will not load Quicken. I get a message that says "a schedule update is currently running. Please wait until the process completes before launching Quicken.

This issue can occur when a scheduled update is stuck in the background, preventing Quicken for Windows from opening properly. Quicken must be closed for the scheduled update to run and complete.
