Trouble setting up PNC Health Savings Account download, Benefit Plus

I go through the steps to add transaction download to my PNC HSA Benefit Plus. I get the following result:

However, I have logged into the account manually, and I am able to successfully see transactions. There were no security dialogues or other pages to clear. Please assist.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend following the steps outlined in our support article:

• Close Quicken.
• Click the Start button and open Control Panel.
  • Windows 10: Control Panel is located in the Windows System folder in the Start menu.
  • Windows 11: Open the Start menu, select All apps.

Then, go to Windows Tools and select Control Panel. 

• Select Network and Internet > Internet Options.
• Under Browsing history, click Delete.
• Make sure Temporary Internet Files is checked. The other checkboxes are optional.
• Click Delete, then click OK when the process is complete.
• Sign in to your financial institution's website and accept any cookies or complete any security prompts, if prompted.
• Reopen Quicken and try updating your account again.

This error can occur when a financial institution adds a new webpage or a pop-up that requires user interaction before Quicken can connect successfully.

Since you mentioned that there were no security prompts or additional pages to clear, I recommend trying to update your account using PNC Bank Web Connect instead. Please let us know how it goes.
