PNC Bank Bill Pay Error [Edited]

I've been using Quicken Deluxe for several years for routine banking and bill payments (both manual and auto pay). Today in my Quicken/PNC banking register I noticed that a routine recurring monthly automatic bill payment of $130 to a lawn service company (that I've been using for many years) was processed by PNC bank in the amount of $120 vs $130! In my Quicken banking register the scheduled bill payment amount shows as $130, but down below the amount showing to be soon sent to the lawn care company is listed as $120!

Anyone else having this problem with Quicken and/or PNC bank bill pay?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I also updated your post title so it displays correctly.

I'd appreciate it if you could provide a bit more information to better understand what's happening.

Are you using Quicken Bill Manager (Check Pay/Quick Pay), or are you using PNC Bank's Bill Pay service through Direct Connect?
Did the payment that was sent for $120 originate from a scheduled reminder, or did you manually enter or edit it before sending?
If you open the scheduled reminder, does it still show the amount as $130?
In your register, is the downloaded/processed transaction showing $120, or is it only the "payment to be sent" section that displays $120?
If you're using PNC's Bill Pay through Direct Connect, does the pending payment in your PNC online Bill Pay account also show $120, or does it show $130?
Has this happened with any other bill payments, or is this the first time you've noticed this behavior?

I've been using Quicken Deluxe for many years, and I routinely use Direct Connect with PNC Bank for bill payments to 20+ other companies/payees that I send monthly bill payments, such a credit cards, Costco charges, Sam's, etc., using funds from my PNC checking account. The current mix up involves only PNC funds being used for the routine, repetitive monthly bill payment to a local lawn care small business company. When I set up the recurring monthly payment for the lawn care company several years ago, my PNC/Quicken register showed a recurring monthly bill payment of $130 to the lawn company. Now, with a few days before the monthly payment will be sent out, the notification in Quicken shows an erroneous bill payment amount will be $120 versus the long-standing monthly payment amount of $130. I have not made any changes to any of my recurring bill pay recipients. Also, I have not yet contacted PNC about this "wrong payment amount" issue. I look forward to your reply.
