Yes, I can confirm I am also getting CC-502 on Ally.com starting today. Tried the usual the CC-502 faq options.. repeated a few times, tried later, and also the 'update now' option from gear at top of register. Still CC-502
Yes, I'm seeing the same error at 8:50 PM EDT.
Part of the error message says, "We are investigating the issue"
