Download connection to HDFC not working

Ever since all Indian banks moved to bank.in, I have not been able to connect to my HDFC bank accounts. I deactivated the connection and when I try to reconnect, I cannot login.

Care Code: FDP-155

The thing is that I am able to login to the bank portal flawlessly.

HDFC bank changed their portal and domain recently. Are all HDFC bank accounts not supported anymore? Is there any setting I need to enable with the bank?

How do I solve this problem?

The FDP-155 error indicates that the financial institution is blocking access to its servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download into your file. In some cases, this block may be permanent.

As mentioned in our Support Article for the FDP-155 error, I recommend contacting your financial institution's customer support for further assistance. If they are unable to assist, please contact Quicken Support. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.

Since the bank integration is part of your software, shouldn't it be the software team's responsibility to coordinate and resolve the issue in their integration?

Because the reason for the block can vary from one user to another, we recommend contacting HDFC Bank to confirm whether the block is temporary or permanent. This can often help identify the cause more quickly.

If the financial institution is unable to resolve the issue or the problem persists after speaking with them, I recommend contacting Quicken Support. They can perform additional troubleshooting and, if necessary, escalate the issue for further investigation.
