I'm having the same problem. NFCU tells me reauthorization worked, but Quicken doesn't link the accounts. I tried re-authorizing, deactivating downloads, re-activating downloads, turning off my VPN, and nothing works. I can't get NFCU accounts to link, no matter what I try. Restored an old backup from 2 days ago when everything was working properly and now getting a CC-800 error ("It appears one or more of your accounts at Navy Federal have been deleted. This could happen if you restored from a backup file. You must add the accounts to Quicken again. Select Fit it to solve this error." Try using "Fix it" and I get the message "Sign in to Navy Federal Credit Union failed. Try again." I need help!
Hi @CJ1215, Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community!
If you haven't already, I recommend following the steps outlined in our support article to resolve the CC-800 error. Before deactivating and reactivating your accounts, I also recommend creating a backup of your Quicken data file.
To resolve the issue:
First, deactivate the affected accounts:
Next, reactivate the accounts:
I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
Tried your steps and failed after receiving a 7/13/2026 portal message from SECU stating "Per our digital services department, IRA accounts are now enabled for Quicken Users." The IRA accounts still are not recognized in the activation list.
I responded "Unfortunately, based upon your reply, I just tried again and it's still not linking. I'll try using a different browser. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to call again" and after trying a different browser and turning off my secure VPN, I told them "Doesn't work, even with changing to a different browser."
Then SECU replied "Thank you for your message. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The accounts below have been confirmed to connect successfully.

You may continue to check our website (www.ncsecu.org) by searching Quicken for updates. This list can also be found on our website by searching Quicken and clicking the first option. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please send us a reply, contact your local branch or call 1-888-732-8562. As always, thank you for your continued support of your credit union." (I searched the SECU website and couldn't do the search they suggested.)
I then responded "So based on your reply, it appears that IRA accounts have NOT been confirmed to connect successfully, despite what your digital services department indicated - please let them know that."
Their final reply was "Thank you for your reply. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the issued resolved soon regarding the connection for all SECU account types. If you have any further questions or concerns, please send us a reply, contact your local branch or call 1-888-732-8562. As always, thank you for your continued support of your credit union."
I'm getting nowhere… while I can download transactions for my other accounts, IRA ACCOUNTS ARE STILL NOT ENABLED OR LINKING.
Hopefully, SECU and Quicken will get this resolved soon. 😒
