Citibank won't open when I'm trying to add a new credit card account

The hourglass just turns and turns when I try to link a new Citicard account to my Quicken Classic Deluxe on my pc.

Thank you for reporting the issue you are running into.

I have some follow-up questions for you:

* How long has this issue been happening?
* Have you tried exiting Quicken and reloading it?* This could be a good first step to try. Go to File>Exit. Wait a few seconds and then reopen Quicken and try again.

* Have you tried rebooting your computer?* If not, please do so and then try again.

* Were there any significant changes to your system around the time that this issue started?* For instance, computer updates, Quicken updates, etc.

* Have you checked to ensure your default web browser is up to date and has no pending updates?
