Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community!

If you haven't done so already, I recommend following the steps outlined in our Support Article for Error 15500 When Adding or Updating Accounts.

Confirm that all accounts associated with this financial institution are disconnected:

• Open Quicken.
• Go to Accounts > Hide and Show Accounts.
• Uncheck any hidden accounts associated with this financial institution.
• Open each affected account.
• Click the Settings button in the bottom-right corner of the register.
• Select the Downloads tab.
• Click Disconnect Account, then click Done.

• Repeat these steps for each account associated with this financial institution.
• Quit Quicken.

Delete Quicken passwords from Keychain Access (macOS Sequoia):

• Open Finder and search for Keychain Access.
• Double-click the Keychain Access app.
• If prompted to open the Passwords app, select Keychain Access instead.
• In the left pane, select the login keychain and the Passwords category.
• Delete any entries that contain Quicken or Quicken Connect along with the name of your financial institution.
• Quit Keychain Access and reopen Quicken.

Reconnect your accounts:

• Go to Accounts > Add Account.
• Search for your financial institution and select the appropriate option.
• Enter your login credentials and click Continue.
• When Quicken finds your accounts, make sure the Action column is set to Link for each existing account rather than Add or Ignore.

If the issue persists:

• Sign in to your financial institution's website. You may be prompted to unlock your account or complete multi-factor authentication.
• After successfully signing in, return to Quicken and try updating your accounts again.
