Cannot Connect to Infiniti Financial Services

Question

I am trying to set up a car loan with Infiniti Financial Services. I try to add an account, I get prompted in Quicken to enter my login credentials, I am sent a one time code via email which I enter in Quicken, but then the connection attempt seems to fail after that - no error code other than "We encountered an error connecting to your bank". I have tried this multiple times with the same result. I checked with Infiniti and they claim there is nothing needed on their side to enable the connection.

I could not see any other community posts about this, any ideas? I can manage the loan offline but it would be nice to do it automatically.

Thank you for you reply. I have tried this multiple times over the past week with the same result, so I doubt another 24 hours will make a difference but I will try again and then contact Quicken Support.

After reviewing my internal tools, I found that your account is currently experiencing an FDP-101 error. I recommend waiting 24 hours, as suggested in our Support Article, and then trying to add the account again.

If the issue persists after that time, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.

Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.

This type of error may require our support agents to review your logs to help identify the cause and resolve the issue.
