Quicken Stock Quotes doesn't feed non-US / Canada securities (naturally, as per geographic policy). But there are a lot of Quicken users (particularly those who've been with Quicken since the 90s) who have securities outside these zones, and have to rely on manual updation of security prices.
What if Quicken became a tiny bit more liberal, and allowed 'user-selected sources' alongside Quicken Quotes, like maybe from YFinance or GFinance? Maybe even slightly delayed quotes from Exchanges. Ideally, if QQuotes expanded to include security price feeds from everywhere, that would be the ultimate solution, but I guess that is up to Intuit or Quicken's new vendor.
Anyway, allowing dynamic quotes from Yahoo Finance or Google Finance would save a whole lot of headache and manual updating for users, without really creating much load or stress for Quicken.
