Capital One hasn't downloaded since March

Question

I just noticed that my credit card has not had any new transactions downloaded since March. I'm not getting any errors, it says it successfully updated. I tried logging out and logging in again and refreshing the login, but that didn't work. I have MANY transactions I have not yet categorized so I am not able to reset the account.

What else can I try?

Deactivate shouldn't affect those (ie: it won't remove them).  AFAIK there is no "merge" ability in Quicken.

I usually avoid the RESET option as it has a tendency to then cause the CC-800 errors which then require a deactivate/reactivate.  Plus then it (at least for me) will download a TON of past transactions that have already been entered plus the missing ones and it's a royal PITA to go through them all.  You can make a backup and then try it, but note that backing up and then restoring messes up the Quicken cloud stuff (even if you don't use quicken cloud) and then it usually (at least for me) causes issues with OTHER online accounts (the typical CC-800 error is the usual culprit) and then forces me to deactivate/reactivate a bunch of other online accounts that had no issues prior.

That also happens to me as every so often. This might no work for a Capital One Credit Card account, but on my Capital One Bank account I go to Online Services tab, then click reset account. That connect me automatically to Capital One Banking Accounts. It then matches up the accounts in question, resets, downloads and updates the accounts that were not downloaded previously. MAYBE this helps?

I don't think I can deactivate it since I have lots of transactions that have not yet been categorized. It will take me some time to get through them all. I wonder if I can add it as a new account and if that works, can I merge them?
