Quicken server unable to connect to USAA, update attempts time out, then show error 501,

Running Quicken Classic Business and Personal Version R68.28 on Windows 11. Error started sometime today. Attempt to reset one of four USAA accounts completed a sign in and reauthorization process successfully with USAA, but then failed to complete account connection.
