We are currently receiving multiple reports of One Step Update (OSU) failures across multiple financial institutions, resulting in CC-501 ("Unable to update this account due to an unknown error").
We are also seeing a significant increase in reports from users who are unable to complete the connection process for financial institutions using Express Web Connect and Express Web Connect+ (EWC+) / OAuth. While users can successfully authorize their accounts with the financial institution, they are not redirected back to Quicken to complete the connection. Instead, the authorization process fails, resulting in an error.
Our teams are aware of the issue and are actively investigating. The issue has been escalated internally; however, we do not have an estimated time for resolution (ETA) to share at this time.
